Alpaca fibre is highly prized and exceptionally fine, warm and lustrous with a very soft feel. The fibre is extremely durable second only in strength to silk and comes in 22 different natural shades and colours.
Alpaca yarn is suitable for weaving and at Farrlacey we have the looms set up to weave your cloth for you, either from the original fleece for from the yarn that you supply to us.
We can weave many different patterns, but please be aware that we will charge for each different pattern that we set up on the loom.
